🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT supervision or a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and mentoring IT teams.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Certifications in IT management, such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP, are a plus.
