📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging IT workshops for students aged 10-18, focusing on coding, robotics, digital art, and cybersecurity.
• Develop and update lesson plans, activities, and resources to align with educational standards and curriculum.
• Provide hands-on guidance and support to students during workshops, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning experience.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and understanding.
• Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and other staff to integrate tech education into the school curriculum.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the IT industry to continuously improve workshop content.
• Promote the benefits of tech education to students, teachers, and parents, and help build a strong community of tech enthusiasts.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in teaching or training IT-related subjects to students or professionals.
• Strong knowledge of IT tools and software, including but not limited to: Scratch, Arduino, Python, and basic web development tools.
• Experience with educational technology platforms and tools, such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
• Certifications in IT education or training are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives.
