📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process warranty claims and free service requests using our proprietary software.
• Coordinate with service centers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and service requests.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated on warranty policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer retention and brand loyalty.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive warranty or customer service.
• Strong understanding of automotive warranty policies and regulations.
• Proficiency in using warranty management software, such as SAP or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in customer service or automotive warranty management is a plus.
