As an HR & Compliance Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing our HR processes, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of our company. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our company's values and goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting employee training and development programs to enhance our workforce's skills and capabilities.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage all HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Ensure full compliance with government regulations and company policies
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee benefits and compensation packages
- Conduct training and development programs for employees
- Coordinate with legal and other departments to ensure compliance
- Handle employee grievances and disputes
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and compliance roles
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
