📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of national priority programs, ensuring alignment with government strategic plans and national development goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners, to deliver program objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including work plans, budgets, and progress reports.
• Foster collaboration with stakeholders to ensure program sustainability and long-term impact.
• Stay updated with national and international best practices in program management and strategic planning.
• Represent Bappenas in national and international forums, promoting Indonesia’s development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and policies while driving program innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Development Studies, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or a similar role within the government or international organizations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-impact programs with a focus on national development.
• Strong understanding of government policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in program management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
