In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the food and beverage service in our retail locations, using our proprietary POS system to process transactions efficiently. You'll work closely with our team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring our products are always showcased to their best advantage.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
• Manage the food and beverage service in our retail locations, including stocking, restocking, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Process transactions using our proprietary POS system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring our products are always showcased to their best advantage.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure consistent service quality.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all retail operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a frontline food and beverage role, preferably in a luxury retail or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail software, such as Square, Clover, or similar.
• Ability to work well in a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Valid food handling certificate and health and safety certification.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20kg, and stand for long periods of time.
