Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the secure handling, processing, and distribution of cash and valuables, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Manage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Monitor and maintain the security measures in place, including surveillance systems, access controls, and personnel training.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial transactions and operations.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats.
• Provide leadership and support to the team, fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and excellence.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cash processing, financial operations, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing high-value financial operations with a strong focus on security and compliance.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards, including but not limited to, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and local Indonesian financial regulations.
• Certification in financial operations or security management is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate with a diverse team.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
