Assistant Manager PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control)

Join L'Essential as an Assistant Manager PPIC and play a pivotal role in optimizing our production planning and inventory control processes. Based in Tangerang Selatan, you'll work closely with the Production Planning team to implement strategies that enhance productivity and reduce costs.

In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Using tools like SAP and Microsoft Excel, you'll analyze data to forecast demand and optimize resource allocation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement production schedules using SAP and Microsoft Excel to ensure timely and efficient production.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production flow and meet customer demand.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular reports to management on production performance and inventory status.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel for production planning and inventory control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
