📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for export documents.
• Monitor and update export documentation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide training and support to team members on export documentation procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all export documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with external partners and shipping agents to ensure smooth documentation flow.
• Stay updated with changes in international trade laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export documentation or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and TradeDocument software.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in export documentation or a related field is a plus.
