📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective communication.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage team schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Represent the company at team meetings and events.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
