📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Source and attract top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with best practices in talent acquisition and continuously improve your skills.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and ability to manage multiple hires simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR tools.,Familiarity with local job market and industry trends in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.🛠️ Keahlian
