Biosensors International Group, a leading player in the medical devices industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior R&D Engineer to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing research and development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, scientists, and product managers, to develop innovative and high-quality medical devices.

Lead and manage research and development projects from concept to commercialization.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and high-quality medical devices.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including FDA, ISO, and IEC.,Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to support business decisions.,Mentor and coach junior engineers and scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical devices and technologies.,Publish research findings and technical papers in relevant journals and conferences.,Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of company funds.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D for medical devices, preferably in the biosensors or diagnostics field.,Strong understanding of medical device regulations and standards, including FDA, ISO, and IEC.,Proven track record of leading and managing successful R&D projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with medical device software development and/or hardware design is a plus.,Familiarity with medical device manufacturing processes and quality systems is a plus.
