📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory to ensure cost efficiency and quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Work with the kitchen staff to ensure food quality and consistency.,Participate in budgeting and financial planning for the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing a successful restaurant.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry standards and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
