📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and ordering to optimize costs.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotions.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.,Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role.,Proven track record of managing staff and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
