In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of store managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of store managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our stores.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Monitor store performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and ensure quality standards are met.,Train and develop store managers to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Manage inventory levels, ordering, and replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail software and systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and industry trends.
