In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the fleet operations, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our vehicles, and coordinating with drivers and maintenance teams. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in safe and efficient condition.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and reduce costs.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any issues promptly.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Manage and maintain relationships with third-party service providers for fleet maintenance and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide training and support to junior fleet coordinators and drivers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing and optimizing fleet operations.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
