📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of drivers, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.,Plan and organize routes for the fleet, considering factors such as fuel efficiency, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.,Maintain and inspect vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure that the fleet operates within budget.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to deliveries or transportation.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Participate in training and development programs for drivers to improve their skills and knowledge.,Report to management on the performance of the fleet and drivers, and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a driver, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.,Valid driver's license for the type of vehicles you will be driving.,Good knowledge of the local area and ability to navigate using GPS and maps.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with fleet management software and systems.,Ability to work long and irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.,Clean driving record with no major accidents or violations.
