In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of crew members to ensure that our outlet operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and has a strong leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of crew members to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement effective training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the team.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure that stock is accurately recorded and that there is always enough stock to meet customer demand.,Ensure that all outlet policies and procedures are followed and that the outlet is compliant with all relevant regulations.,Work closely with the store manager to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.,Identify and address any issues or concerns that arise in the outlet, and work with the appropriate teams to resolve them.,Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet at all times, and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Lead Crew or similar role in a retail environment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,A good understanding of retail operations and processes, and the ability to apply this knowledge to improve performance.,A commitment to providing excellent customer service and achieving high levels of sales performance.,The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and maintain accurate records.,A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle.
