📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage banquet events from planning to execution.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met.,Lead and motivate banquet staff to deliver high-quality service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of event details and guest information.,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote banquet events.,Monitor event budgets and ensure financial targets are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet staff or a related role.,Proven track record of managing banquet events successfully.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local regulations and standards for event management.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field is preferred.
