📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting literature reviews and data analysis to support research projects.,Assisting in the development and implementation of research methodologies.,Collaborating with senior researchers to produce high-quality research outputs.,Drafting research reports, policy briefs, and other research materials.,Participating in conferences, workshops, and other research-related activities.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date research records and documentation.,Providing administrative support to the research team as needed.,Assisting in the preparation of research proposals and grant applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Political Science, International Relations, Law, or a related discipline.,Master's degree preferred but not required.,Strong analytical and research skills with a proven track record of academic or professional research experience.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with research software and tools such as SPSS, NVivo, or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
