📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract potential candidates.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
