📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.,Assist in the training and development of store staff to enhance their performance.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
