📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Support in the onboarding process for new employees.

Maintain and update employee records and files.

Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents and reports.

Support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Assist in the coordination of employee benefits and welfare programs.

Support in the organization of HR-related events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.

Good knowledge of HR software and tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
