📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist the cashier in handling financial transactions, including cash and card payments.

Ensure accurate recording of all transactions in the cash register.

Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.

Manage the cash drawer and ensure proper reconciliation at the end of each shift.

Assist in inventory management and ordering.

Follow all company policies and procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Assist in training new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.

Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.

Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
