In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, managing staff, and ensuring that our department meets and exceeds performance targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and meet business objectives.,Monitor and analyze department performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve organizational goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Manage the department budget, ensuring financial targets are met and reporting to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR management, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is a plus.,Must be able to speak and write in Indonesian.
