📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Analyze audit findings and develop action plans to address any non-compliance or areas for improvement.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance and operational excellence.
• Utilize tools such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in operational excellence and compliance.
• Ensure all audit activities are documented and reported in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit, process optimization, or a related field.
• Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CISA, CPA, or CIMA) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards relevant to manufacturing and logistics.
