📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and present compelling sales proposals and business plans to potential clients.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business opportunities.,Track and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to achieve targets.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that sales goals are aligned with overall business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong understanding of the software industry and a passion for technology.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
