📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management systems.,Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering processes to prevent stockouts.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse policies.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity.,Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.,Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.,Experience with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
