Sentosa Dairy is seeking a dedicated Assistant Quality Control to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our dairy products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a passion for maintaining high standards in food safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular quality checks on dairy products to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Maintain and update quality control documents and records.,Perform laboratory tests to monitor product quality and safety.,Investigate and document any quality issues or defects.,Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on quality control procedures.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Knowledge of Indonesian food safety regulations and standards.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and quality control software.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
