In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with managers and department heads to align training programs with business goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth,Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant attendance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant HR software,Experience in using e-learning platforms is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian is required
