In this role, you’ll manage a team of 10-15 housekeeping staff, ensuring that all units are spotlessly clean and well-maintained. You’ll implement and monitor cleaning schedules, train staff on best practices, and address any issues promptly to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all units are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Manage a team of 10-15 housekeeping staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and monitor cleaning schedules using Cleanliness Pro to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Address and resolve guest complaints and maintenance issues promptly.
• Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and order as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including pest control and hygiene standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to maintain high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in luxury or premium hospitality settings.
• Proven track record of leading and training housekeeping teams.
• Familiarity with cleaning management software such as Cleanliness Pro or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
