📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and staff.,Ensure the quality and consistency of food preparation and presentation.,Develop and implement daily menus in collaboration with the Head Chef.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients.,Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Participate in cost control and menu planning activities.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or Deputy Head Chef.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary techniques and trends.,Certification in culinary arts or related field is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
